Privacy & cookies

This notice explains how SKYVIA uses the personal information you give us when you request a quotation or book a journey. We follow the principles of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number and email address; your journey details (pickup and destination, dates, times, passenger and luggage numbers, flight numbers) and any additional information you choose to share.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange and manage your booking, and contact you about your journey. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to authorised SKYVIA staff. Where a driver is allocated to your journey, they receive only the details needed to carry it out.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used. Contact us using the details on this website. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

Essential storage keeps the website working, including staff sign-in and your cookie preferences. We also use the Google Ads tag to measure advertising and support ad optimisation. Google receives page URLs, IP address, browser and device information, and advertising cookie or ad-click identifiers. We do not send your quotation contact details or journey information to Google, and quotation conversion events are not currently enabled.

In regions requiring consent, including the UK and EEA, advertising tracking stays off until you accept it. If we cannot determine your region, we ask for consent before loading the tag. Elsewhere advertising tracking may run without a banner, subject to your choices and applicable opt-outs, including supported Global Privacy Control signals. Rejecting advertising prevents the tag from loading; withdrawing consent disables subsequent advertising tracking. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

We store a visitor identifier, the time and region of your decision, the advertising choice and the notice version and options shown in your browser. Previous acceptance records are retained when you withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes these local preference records. Google processes advertising data under its own privacy policy; see Google’s privacy policy. Advertising cookies can also be removed through your browser settings.
